This Saturday we will have our fun day at Camp Wisdom!
Where: Camp Wisdom, 6400 W. Red Bird Lane, Dallas, TX 75236
When: May 16, 2015, 9am – 4pm

Starting at 9am leaders will make us Pancakes then we will have fun activities including BB’s, archery and a family hike. We will provide breakfast, but please bring your own picnic lunch, snacks, drinks, sunscreen and rain gear if needed. We will send out an email if the event will be cancelled due to bad weather.

Then Monday, May 18th will be our May Pack meeting at First United Methodist at 7pm. We will have our scout graduation and also a raffle drawing so bring cash if you would like to participate.

YPT Training Next Monday, May 11th! You must have this to walk as a leader at Day Camp!!
The training session will be held during the Cub Scout Roundtable on Monday, May 11, at 7:30 pm, at Plymouth Park United Methodist Church, 1615 W. Airport Freeway (a.k.a. TX 183), in Irving, TX

Don’t forget our Pack Meeting on Monday at 6:30pm, NOT 7:00! And don’t forget to bring your cake!
FELLOW’S CAKE BAKE RULES
NO FEMALES ALLOWED
1. Cakes must be baked by the Scout and another male. (If there is no father in the home, then an uncle, older brother, or neighbor may help.) SCOUTS MUST HELP WITH THE CLEAN-UP!!!
2. Cakes should have a Scouting Theme.
3. Cake mixes may be used. The cake DOES NOT have to be from scratch.
4. Entire creation must be edible – including all decorations. (Hint: you may use celery, carrots, etc. for trees, canoes, etc.)
5. Cake will be registered and numbered for judging purposes. DO NOT put your name or anything else which would identify the cub with a particular cake.
6. Cakes will be judged by outside guests and prizes awarded in the following categories:
a. Best in each Rank (1st Place only)
b. Most original in Scouting Theme (1st and 2nd place)
c. Tallest Cake (1st Place only)
d. Most Unusual (1st Place only)
e. People’s Choice (1st place only)
f. Cubbiest Cake (1st Place only)
ALL CAKE MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR JUDGING NO LATER THAN 6:45PM. All cakes submitted after 6:45pm will be disqualified from judging.
Registration begins at 6:15pm.
